This past Saturday I met up with some friends for breakfast for an impromptu creative meeting at The Alabama Biscuit Co. I've been hearing nothing but good things for weeks and was so excited to finally see what the fuss was about. Let me tell you - It was a game changer!
The Alabama Biscuit Co. believes in simple food, honest ingredients, and good old-fashioned hospitality. Their menu boosts an array of uniquely crafted biscuits. I got the almond butter and jelly biscuit and it was incredible!
The aesthetics and environment were wonderful - very simply and clean fixtures. I loved the window seating options and huge family style table in the center of the room.
I definitely recommend checking them out the next time you want to grab breakfast with a friend. I will say that it is not the best place to have a meeting as they were very busy Saturday morning and it was quite noisy.
Go, go, go EAT A BISCUIT - you won't regret it!
