Thai Turkey Recipe

Do you have a friend that whenever they invite you over for dinner you never want to turn them down? Well my friend Melissa is that person for me. I know that whenever she invites me over for a meal it is going to be amazing!! I am excited to share the recipe for her Thai Turkey dish. She has made it for me twice now and it does not disappoint. 






























What you need:
-1 lb ground turkey
-2 tbsp chili paste (can be adjusted if you want less spicy)
-1 tbsp fish sauce (at World Market, Asian grocery stores and sometime in the Asian section at traditional grocery stores)
-1/2 lime

What to do:
-Brown turkey and drain
-Add other ingredients while on medium heat
-Remove once cooked through and mix together
-Garnish with peanuts and cilantro (optional)
-Serve with Jasmine rice and sautéed cabbage (usually sauté in Olive oil and add soy sauce and brown sugar)
